All in One Printer: Your Best Printing Companion

If you are working alone in your office and have to use one machine after another to get all your printing needs done, it is high time for you to get rid of all those other printers and switch to one of those all in one printers. The good news about the all in one printer is that you can just concentrate on one machine and save time and effort.

What is an all in One Printer?

An all in one printer is a single device that performs multiple functions including printing, faxing, scanning and copying. If you have one of these all in one printers, you will no longer have to switch from one machine to another. For instance, you won’t need a stand alone scanner in order for you to scan and send some documents online, since your printer will now be capable of such functions.

Another advantage of having the all in one printer is that you will be able to save a lot of money in office equipment. Instead of buying a separate scanner, printer, fax machine and photocopying machine, all you will need to buy is the all in one printer. The good news about this printer is that its price is very reasonable and affordable.

The Downside of the All in One Printer

Although there are many advantages of having an all in one printer in your office or at home, there are also some downsides to this type of machine. For one thing, since you are only using one machine to perform the function of printing, faxing, scanning and photocopying, the moment that this single machine breaks down, you won’t be able to do all four things at the same time.

This could really be inconvenient on your part. Another downside of the all in one printer is that you can only do one operation at a time. For instance, if you are printing some documents, you will need to wait until the printing job is finished before you can switch to another function such as faxing or scanning documents. If you are always in a hurry and would like to do a lot of things at the same time, the all in one printer may not really be the ideal equipment for you.
