Guide To The HP Printer

By Andrew Kelly

Hewlett-Packard, also known as HP, is a trusted name when it comes to high technology and performances devices such as computers, camera, printers and many other electronic devices.

A Brief History Of HP Printers

The two friends and founders of the company Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard founded Hewlett-Packard Company in 1939. The company’s first production was an audio oscillator, in 1943 they enter the microwave field and by 1947 they had 49 different products to boast of.

In 1966 HP introduces its first computer HP 2116A and it was not until the 1980s that they created their first HP printer with the launch of the inkjet ad laser printer that could be connected directly to the PC. It was a breakthrough as until then the dot matrix printers were the only ones available and therefore HP printers brought back huge success for the company, which was by then a leader in the computer industry.

Different Types Of HP Printers

Today there are many different types of HP printers to choose from depending on your requirements. You can get a simple printer with one function or you can get a multi functional machine to help you with all your needs such as scanning, faxing and copying as well.

HP printers also come in different sizes again depending on your need you can choose the one most appropriate for you for example, if you need it for the home where space is always an issue you should look for their smallest devices that will fit on a desk shelf with ease and if you are looking for a office printer that needs to be connected to multiple computers at the same time, that too is available with HP.

The Advantage Of Investing In An HP Printer

The advantage you get by investing in a HP printer is that you have a machine that has the highest available technology on the market today with the best warranty to back it up as well and best of all with some of the best bargains on the market.

It is however important that you maintain you printer as per company’s directions as well as always provide it with the toner designed for it in order to receive the best possible results at all times.

An HP printer is a worthwhile investment for printing that will never suffer any compromise whether you are overworking it or just using it once in a while.
